Great website. :grin

I hope these survey results get into the right hand. Personally, I am waiting for an all-electric vehicle. I have been eyeing Mitsubishi's iMiEV for a while and am hoping they will eventually bring it over to the U.S.

I want my next car to be a plug-in hybrid. That doesn't necessarily mean that it must be electric.

I've been drooling over the Chevy Volt and the Air Car for over a year now. I'm betting that Toyota will add a plug to the Prius before they get to market.

Doesn't matter to me, whoever's first gets my cash!

re: question about driving alternative fuel vehciles & global warming alleviation: I answered "disagree." The question is poorly formulated. Driving anything, even an EV powered by renewable energy is still costing something to the planet (the electricity could be used for other things, CO2 cost of production, etc.,.) Driving is not the solution to the problem. But because driving isn't going away any time soon, driving cleaner is better than driving dirtier.

Also, you should probably ask what people are currently driving.

Hey guys, nice effort, but don't forget, not everybody believes that global warming is happening. That aside, I think that fossil fuel consumption should be curtailed heavily for political, financial and health reasons. Your questions don't reflect any of these points at all and are leading and loaded towards answers you're seeking. I applaud your efforts, and wish you the best.

I tried to think of a better question than "When do you think the gasoline/oil supply will run out?" We have already passed peak production of oil globally. Maybe a better question is when the supply can no longer meet demands. Tom, Chicago, IL
