When measuring the respondents’ preconception of the major contributors to Global Warming 74.5% of the total respondents believe that Carbon-dioxide emissions from vehicles are the main contributors to Global Warming. Although not supported by any scientific facts the large majority still believes this is the case.

It can be also observed that 16.1% of the respondents were not sure of the major contributors to Global Warming.

Only 9.4% of the total respondents disagree that Carbon-Emissions are the major contributor to Global Warming.

In the Graph above question 16 is compared with the regional origin of the respondents. In total the North American respondents account for 81% of the total which either disagree or strongly disagree. This is also because the North American region was larger in numbers then the rest of the regions. North America accounts for 70.7% which accounts for 527 respondents.
